    Code door lock required; installation included with purchase of lock (unless already installed)

      Real-time monitoring of cameras, door sensors & temperature/leak sensors for added protection & instant alerts.

      Available with existing equipment or HWE recommended devices.

    2. Maintenance Oversight Program

      Streamlined solution to coordinate & oversee routine maintenance using HWE’s trusted vendor network.

      We schedule services & provide on-site supervision for essential systems like A/V, appliances, generators, HVAC, irrigation, landscaping & pest control.

    3. Vendor Coordination & Oversight

      Coordinate vendor access, oversee service appointments & receive scheduled deliveries on your behalf.

    4. Storm Preparation & Monitoring

      Pre-storm check of crucial systems and/or rapid post-storm assessments with condition report.

    5. Property Condition Assessment

      Identifies issues from urgent repairs to minor items that may develop over time.

      This assessment provides a detailed snapshot of your property’s condition so you can plan & take action with confidence.
